We have several options for you to enjoy the Mama Box. Our Seasonal and Annual subscription plans are delivered every three months in February, May, August and November.
We also have single box options if you are just wanting to try it out or send a gift to someone you love. Every Mama Box brings a seasonal surprise of meaningful treasures, handcrafted with heart, that spread joy and create lasting change in Haiti.
The Mama Box has a flat domestic shipping rate within the US of $12.00 per box. We ship 4 boxes a year, every 3 months in February, May, August and November. We do ship our boxes internationally. International shipping rates vary depending on location. VAT and customs charges apply.
All Mama Box Subscriptions are billed automatically to the payment form you chose at checkout. You will be billed immediately on checkout for your first box. Subsequently, you will be billed every 3 months on your renewal date based on what date in the month you signed up. Boxes begin shipping on the 15th of the shipping month (February, May, August and November). If your renewal date is after the 15th of the shipping month, your box will be shipped within 24hrs of your renewal charge.
All Mama Box subscriptions can be managed through your account portal. Need to skip or cancel? Just log into your member account portal, select the subscription that you would like to skip or cancel. On your subscription managment page you will see an option to take a break on the right hand side and if scroll down to the billing section you will see a link to cancel subscription.
All Mama Box purchases, including subscription boxes, are nonrefundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns sent to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing a product, please email our Customer Support Team at info@haitimama.org within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you in getting a replacement. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a photo of the damaged item when reaching out.
If your package has not arrived, please notify us via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not informed within this timeframe, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Refunds, when applicable, are granted at the sole discretion of Mama Box.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by a damaged or incomplete shipment. To protect our members, Mama Box reserves the right to terminate subscriptions in cases of fraudulent claims.
